-Minimum Gift Voucher value is €50.

-Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.

-Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

-Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the hotel in which they are being used.

-No change will be given out, but the balance can be used for future purchases.

-The d Hotel does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers – protect them as you would cash.

– The d Hotel reserves the right to amend Terms and Conditions at any time, and for any reason without prior notice to you.

-Please note that your voucher can only be redeemed after 5 days of the date of your purchase.
